Youth Empowerment & Support Interventions

  • Government - Provide services and guide interventions that bring to life the goals that the Governments have set for themselves in relation to empowering the youth, as well as achieving correlated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Support government  departments in ensuring that the social grants they provide, do bring lasting and meaningful change to the recipients;
  • Deliver to governments innovative programmes meant to transform the lives of the juveniles / youth in trouble with the law.

  • Facilitating "self-esteem building" initiatives for the young adults. Programmes geared towards resilience building of the youth in the form of support circles / mentorships / coaching / etc.
  • Create and promote meaningful networks for the youth on their journey towards becoming responsible and productive adults in their society;
  • break isolation of less advantaged / marginalised youth by enabling and developing trust circles around them.

 

Execution for Results

  • Co-designing action plans with role-players, as well as guiding the execution of these plans (using an empowerment model);
    • Mobilising consensus on the solutions that meet each stakeholder’s needs / aspirations, as well as commitments regarding the roles each one plays.
  • Managing projects / grants to advance mutually meaningful social upliftmentinitiatives.
    • Manage the grants that the corporates provide to different initiatives in the communities and/or organisations;
    • Act as project management consultant on behalf of a donor/sponsor/stakeholder interested in investing in another organisation’s transformative processes
  • Facilitation
